“Mapping Carleton’s Past ” Team Charter

Our Shared Values and Shared Goals:

We aim to uncover Carleton’s hidden history and make it engaging through digital tools. By visualizing historical changes, we hope to strengthen the connection between students and campus, turning it into a place of belonging, not just a school.

Communication and Expectation

We expect each other to create a fully respectful environment, and finish tasks on time. We have created a group chat so that we can keep in touch on a regular basis. If someone cannot make things on time, he/she has to inform teammates in advance to leave enough time for adjustment.

Handling Disagreements

As a group, we want to strive for a consensus or discussion until consensus is reached for most decisions over the relevant parts of our project. More specifically, when it comes to a disagreement, each side needs to give a reasonable argument, discuss pros and cons, and use voting to reach an agreement. Additionally, we would also love to invite Austin to join a meeting to help us work through any conflict.
