  • The Carleton Common Data Set contains various pdf files, and we would like the data we work with to be in csv format. We can either transfer all the data by hand onto Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, or we can use Python to extract the data from the pdf files.
  • The Carletonian is a newspaper which we will use to find responsible factors to unusual trends in admission and acceptance rates.
  • The US World and News Report is a news resource. We do not need to manipulate the data, we would just be using it to look up articles pertaining to certain years.
