shared values & Shared goals: While we all have individual interests and strengths we will employ to complete the model we all have shared interests. This includes an interest in Northfield, its Downtown area, and its history. Throughout the DH oriented class we have all developed a shared interest in the field and will display this through our individual tasks for the project.
Shared Expectations: We expect that each individual will complete their designated tasks and remain communicative throughout all processes. We also expect each member to be attentive and respectful while communicating.
communication: We will facilitate communication by using messages and shared documents. Additionally, we’ll have full group meetings as needed where we discuss current progress and upcoming tasks.
disagreement: To handle disagreements we will ask all team members their opinion and go with the most agreed position. If large problems arise with this approach we can communicate with Mason on ways to handle and resolve the disagreements.

- Strengths: Familiarity with Colorization and using open source AI models.

- Task: Colorization of Photos, assisting in Map overlay
