Lab Week 6

I found this processes of web mapping on ArcGIS to be pretty much straightforward with minimal complications. I can see how for more complicated projects this could potentially become challenging, but it still would be very useful. I can see a lot of potential for this tool, as it can be used to map many layers, for example, I could see ArcGIS being an extremely useful tool for projects that want to map historical occurrences.

None of the base maps I looked at had Lilac Hill since these buildings are really new, so to overcome this I just drew a rectangle in the spot where the house I live in is. While the houses are not a perfect rectangle, I decided to do a rectangle for this as there was nothing to map it on due to this area still being a empty field on the map. I also decided to use a heat map for the number of days I visit each location in a week because it is very straightforward and would be easy for anyone to look at and know where i visit more often and where I visit less often.
